  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 12 dinner rolls
  • 16 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 white onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (for sauce)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter (for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter a baking sheet and set aside.
  3. In a medium sauté pan over medium heat, cook onions until softened, then add ground beef until browned.
  4. Drain excess fat, then add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper; stir for one minute.
  5. Slice rolls in half and place the bottom halves on the baking sheet. Layer cheese and cooked meat mixture on top.
  6. Place top halves on sliders, brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and salt.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until warmed through and cheese is melted.
  8. Mix all sauce ingredients while sliders bake; serve together.
