  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp shredded carrots
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp pecans, chopped
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 1.5 tbsp cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and shredded carrots. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate (about 30 seconds). Mix with Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Remove the oats from the fridge and layer the cream cheese mixture on top. Cover again and refrigerate overnight for best results.
  5. Serve chilled with additional toppings as desired.
