  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup fresh chopped basil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (cut into chunks)
  • 8 ounces shredded provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine whole cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat and roast for about 15 minutes.
