Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken (finely diced)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place about ⅓ cup of the chicken mixture in the center. Wet the edges with water.
- Fold up the bottom corner over the filling and tuck in the sides. Roll tightly to seal.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place the egg rolls in the basket, spraying with cooking spray on top.
