  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil or butter. Once hot, sauté the beef strips until browned (about 5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent, then add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; stir well and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Lower heat to medium-low and gradually stir in sour cream; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet and mix gently until heated through.
  7. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
