Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillets (skin removed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned salmon cubes for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the cooked salmon bites to a lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked through.
  4. For an air-fried option, preheat your air fryer to 375°F and cook the salmon bites for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a mixing bowl for the sauce.
  6. Toss or drizzle the cooked salmon bites with the prepared bang bang sauce before serving.
