  • 1 ½ pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms
  • 2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
