Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a doughnut pan lightly.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, buttermilk, egg, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.

- Bake for 11 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
