  • 12 oz shrimp (peeled, deveined, cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon thyme leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cookie sheet with foil, lightly spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp and canola oil. Cover and shake to coat evenly.
  3. In a small bowl with a lid, mix together smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme, and oregano. Shake or stir well.
  4. Add the spice mixture to the shrimp and cover again. Shake gently to ensure even coating.
