- Boiling water (for water bath)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by wrapping it in tin foil and greasing the inside.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to form the crust; press it into the bottom of the pan.
