Ingredients

  • 1 ounce blue gelatin (e.g., JELL-O Berry Blue)
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • Warm water

Instructions

  1. Spray an 8.5 x 11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine red gelatin with ½ cup warm water and microwave for 1.5 minutes until dissolved. Stir in 1.5 cups marshmallows and microwave again until partially melted. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the red mixture into the baking dish and refrigerate until set.
  4. Repeat steps for blue gelatin layer, pouring over the set red layer once cooled.
  5. Refrigerate again until fully set.
  6. Cut into strips and roll into pinwheel shapes, inserting lollipop sticks.
