  • 10 oz Ghirardelli white melting wafers
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • Patriotic sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into fine pieces in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in cream cheese until well combined for moisture.
  4. Form the mixture into about 24 balls, each roughly 1 tablespoon in size, and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Chill the balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Stir in coconut oil for added shine.
