- 3 cans of quality canned tuna (5 ounces each)
- 2 1/2 celery stalks
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 4–5 radishes
- 3 green onions
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- Fresh parsley and mint
- Dijon mustard
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 1/2 limes
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sumac
- Pinch of kosher salt and black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
