  • 1/4 cup (30 grams) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) pasta cooking water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  4. Mix in parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
  5. Combine drained pasta with the sauce in the skillet, tossing to coat evenly. Adjust consistency with more pasta water if needed.
  6. Serve immediately with optional garnishes like olive oil, extra parmesan, and freshly ground black pepper.
